This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all bookings made for counselling sessions, training programs, and venue rentals.

Counselling and Training Services

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed if cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the session.

• No-shows are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Training Space Rental

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48–72 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund, with no rescheduling allowed.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method used during booking.
